“Secret Wars”

In the chaotic arena of Battleworld, Spider-Man’s sharp wit and constant chatter wear thin on the Hulk, even as they fight side by side against the forces of Molecule Man. When the Hulk narrowly saves the team from a collapsing mountain, his frustration boils over in a moment that redefines their uneasy alliance. Written by Paul Tobin and illustrated by Patrick Scherberger, with cover art by Scherberger, this first issue of Spider-Man & the Secret Wars delivers high-stakes action and a crackling dynamic between two of Marvel’s most iconic heroes.

As our heroes battle their opponents on Battleworld during the Secret Wars, Spider-Man constantly gets on the Hulk's nerves by making jokes and talking about him behind his back. After the Hulk saves his comrades from being crushed by a mountain that has been dropped on them by Molecule Man, the jade giant gives Spider-Man a piece of his mind.
