Spider-Man / Deadpool #32

Part 3 of the "Oldies" arc finds our unlikely duo in a genuinely precarious spot — standing atop the massive, craggy fist of what appears to be a colossal stone giant whose face looms overhead with birds circling around it. Deadpool (sword in hand) and a wheelchair-bound Spider-Man look almost comically small against the titan's scale, with a few additional figures visible nearby on the rocky surface. Scott Hepburn's cover composition does a wonderful job of conveying both the absurdity and the genuine stakes that make this Thompson-written series such a fun ride in 2018.
