In "Today, Spider-Man Shall--Die--," Stan Lee and Gene Colan deliver a pulse-pounding tale where Spider-Man faces a deadly threat that pushes him to his limits. With dynamic art by Colan and inks by Gary Michaels, this 1975 UK weekly issue captures the intensity of a hero under siege, all while setting up a dramatic twist that reshapes the stakes. The cover by John Romita Sr. perfectly encapsulates the moment’s tension, a striking visual that hints at the chaos to come.

Iron Man frees Pepper from the Titanium Man's paralysis beam and then goes on to defeat him on live T.V. A final, deafening blast from Titanium Man's beam restores Happy's memory. Titanium Man flies off to his supposed rendezvous with the submarine but is abandoned by his masters before he gets there and is left to languish in the ocean. Iron Man is a hero, and even Senator Byrd is rooting for him. When Tony Stark appears Pepper hugs him - she seems to have forgiven him for his recent seeming transgressions! Happy, memory intact, now knows the truth -- that Stark is Iron Man!
