He coerces Dr. Connor into deciphering its ancient script and creating a serum based on its instructions—then takes the untested formula himself, with shocking results.

In "Death Without Warning!", Spider-Man races to protect Dr. Connors and his family from the Maggia, only to find himself caught in a chaotic showdown. As Silvermane insists he's actually a younger version of himself, Connors escapes and transforms into the Lizard, while the villain's age continues to reverse in the frenzy.
