Spider-Island #3

Part of Marvel's 2015 Secret Wars event, Spider-Island #3 brings a grim, chaotic energy straight to the cover, where a dark armored figure charges forward alongside a snarling werewolf, a scaly reptilian creature, a rocky beast, and a glowing purple-and-blue armored figure — all looming beneath massive, shadowy spider-limbs that dominate the sky. Humberto Ramos's kinetic linework, colored by Edgar Delgado, gives the ensemble a raw, almost feral momentum that's hard to look away from. As a bonus, the issue also includes an MC2 story by the original Spider-Girl team, making this an especially well-stocked chapter of the crossover.
