In the shadowed hills of the Balkans, Matt Cable crosses paths with Abigail Arcane, daughter of Gregori Arcane and niece of the enigmatic Anton Arcane, as strange forces stir beneath ancient stones. Meanwhile, deep in the marshes, the Creature of the Marsh encounters a broken, stitched-together being—another Non-Homme born from Arcane’s twisted experiments.
