Sparky Watts #nn

Sparky Watts attempts to settle a dispute between his parents by putting on a cosmic ray machine, which transforms him into a muscular superhero version of himself. When his mother fails to recognize the transformed Sparky and mistakes him for a stranger, complications ensue involving shadow boxing and a slap-happy disposition.
