This anthology issue features "The Spark Man and the Case of the Green Raiders," in which the Spark Man confronts criminals engaged in a scheme involving the Green Raiders. The issue also includes stories featuring Capt. & the Kids, Tarzan, Abbie and Slats, Broncho Bill, Ella Cinders, and Dynamite Dunn, with Ella Cinders' story involving romantic complications and a character named Audrey. A separate story depicts an encounter in a desert setting between American characters and what appears to be a foreign military figure, involving discussion of naval warships and trivial stakes. The comic includes humor strips such as one involving children's antics with a dog and cat washing enterprise.
