This is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. "Quickdraw" follows a heavy man visiting a doctor who prescribes pills, leading to a comedic sequence where the man becomes extremely light and floats away. "Ella Cinders" features the title character at a boxing match where she becomes entangled in a scheme involving a gas bulb that causes a boxer to act strangely. A spy thriller depicts a Nazi impersonator named Van Sool who has escaped to England with a stolen item called the Black Tulip, only to be caught and punished by Allied forces who recover the artifact.
