The issue contains two stories. "Assault Force" depicts Mr. Z commanding a fleet of space cruisers preparing to attack enemy planets and rule the universe, with the fleet ready to be deployed from Earth. "Space War" follows an Earth space patrol ship that encounters a giant mantis-like creature approaching their vessel; the creature boards the ship, and a parasitic proboscis penetrates the ship's hull, with scientists predicting that an intelligent human-like race will emerge from the interior where they've taken refuge for many years.
