A golden age of space fantasy was still very much alive at Charlton in 1963, and this issue makes that clear at a glance. Dick Giordano's cover depicts a dramatic alien landscape where two winged figures in red-and-blue suits swoop through the air above a downed spacecraft marked "EARTH," while a figure in yellow confronts what appears to be a large, rolling orb — all tied to the intriguing story teased as "Wings of Odna."
