Sovereign Seven #25

Sovereign Seven's twenty-fifth issue arrives in August 1997 with a cover by Ron Lim and Chris Ivy that crackles with kinetic energy — a fierce blonde hero in white and blue drives her fist forward in a burst of pink impact force, while her teammates surge behind her through a smoky, explosive backdrop. The full team is here, from a hulking armored figure and a dark-clad aerial combatant above, to a purple-costumed woman and a dark-haired male fighter absorbing the blow at right. With Chris Claremont writing and the story titled "New Blood," this is clearly a chapter where the stakes are running high and the team's mettle is being thoroughly tested.
