Sonic charges headlong toward the reader on this energetic Cover A, with Amy Rose and a cluster of allies — including what appear to be Cream and Cheese alongside several other familiar faces — scrambling across a glowing checkerboard floor behind him. The dynamic composition gives the whole ensemble a sense of breathless momentum, perfectly teasing the second chapter of "Test Run." With Evan Stanley writing and drawing, Bracardi Curry contributing art, and Matt Herms bringing his vibrant colors to both the interior and this cover, issue #38 is a treat for fans of IDW's Sonic run.
