This French-language collection from Mana Books — subtitled La Bataille pour Angel Island — brings together Ian Flynn, Tracy Yardley, and Evan Stanley for what promises to be a sprawling, high-stakes adventure. The cover says it all: Sonic charges forward at the bow of a vessel cutting through churning water, flanked by a fiery Blaze the Cat and a battle-ready Knuckles armed with some kind of device, while a packed crowd of allies — including Tails, Rouge, Silver, and a host of other familiar faces — peers eagerly over the railing above them. With a cast this large all pointed toward a single destination, Angel Island is clearly in for quite a fight.
