This collection brings together the early adventures of Sondermann, a perpetually unlucky everyman created by German cartoonist Rudi Hurzlmeier. The strips, originally serialized in the satirical magazine Titanic, follow Sondermann through a series of absurd, deadpan misadventures that skewer everyday life and human folly. Published by Steidl Verlag, this volume compiles the foundational material from the long-running series that began in 2007.
