Son of Hulk #16
The cosmic stakes couldn't feel weightier in Son of Hulk #16, as Alex Garner's cover sets a striking scene: a pale, blue-eyed, bald warrior stands resolute in the foreground, hands flexed and bloodied, while the massive, helmeted visage of Galactus looms behind him against a star-field with a planet caught in the background light. The contrast between the lone, determined figure and the universe-scale threat behind him captures exactly the kind of tension promised by the story title "Enemy at the Gates." Paul Jenkins scripts alongside artist Andres Guinaldo, inker Vicente Cifuentes, and colorist Jean-Paul Beaulieu — a solid creative team for what looks to be a genuinely gripping chapter in this saga.
