Oscar Martin's Solo continues with its fifth volume, subtitled Marcher sans soulever de poussière, and the cover captures the series' scrappy spirit perfectly — a young, determined warrior in a green cloak and red cape stands guard over a weathered staff topped with a small flame, surrounded by drifting autumn leaves under an open sky. Martin's character design is wonderfully expressive, blending a rugged adventurer's gear with an almost feral intensity in the hero's gaze. Published by Delcourt in 2021, this is a striking entry in a series that clearly has a lot of road left to travel.
