Red Hand ninjas attack a bridge in Nanzhao. Helix and Snake Eyes investigate, and Snake Eyes recognizes the equipment. Snake Eyes flashes back to his mission in Rangoon, where he fought Storm Shadow. Cobra continues to destroy the opium crop. The Commander explains how the attacks will cause confusion around the world and meets with Storm Shadow. Scarlett sends Snake Eyes Storm Shadow's location. He and Helix jump into the location, and he uses her to draw the ninjas out. Mainframe and Dial Tone try to figure out the situation over pizza. Destro readies nuclear bombs.
