This Swedish-language Smurfs collection, published by Bokförlaget Semic in 2011, opens with a wonderfully playful cover — a spacesuit-clad Smurf stands on what appears to be a rocky, moon-like surface beside a red rocket, while a wild-haired, spear-wielding cave creature looms from a rocky ledge nearby. The title story "Astrosmurfen" promises cosmic adventure with that signature Peyo charm, and the bonus promise of "nyskrivna, skojiga serietrippar" (brand-new, fun comic strips) makes this an especially generous package for Swedish readers of all ages.
