Skąd się bierze woda sodowa #[nn]
From the wonderfully inventive mind of Tadeusz Baranowski comes this delightfully quirky Polish comics album, its cover presenting two eccentric cartoon characters — a tall, gangly figure sporting an oversized red hat and wielding an assortment of odd instruments, alongside a shorter, stout companion who cheerfully announces "...i nie tylko!" ("...and not only that!"). The whole scene is framed within a vibrant green border and swirling blue-and-purple abstract shapes, giving it the feel of a world where curiosity and absurdist humor reign supreme. Published by Egmont Polska in 2004, this album promises the kind of playful, imaginative storytelling that Baranowski — who handled the art, inking, and color entirely on his own — does so well.
