Silk #6

Cindy Moon steps forward with fierce, fists-clenched determination on Dave Johnson's striking cover, her black-and-white spider-web suit and red mask set against a stark concrete wall — while a massive, clawed hand looms ominously behind her, gripping a heavy chain. The tension radiating from that image alone makes issue #6 a compelling chapter in Robbie Thompson and Stacey Lee's 2015 run, colored with gritty atmosphere by Ian Herring. If you've been following Silk's solo adventures, this one clearly isn't letting up on the pressure.
