This August 1977 issue of Charlton's Sick magazine leads with a wonderfully subversive cover by Jack Sparling: a tiny figure in a red "Sick" shirt climbs a ladder to gleefully hammer chunks off an enormous statue labeled "CONGRESS," sending stone fragments flying as the crumbling figure gestures helplessly above.
