In Hell, Billy encounters a younger version of Black Adam who has traveled back from the future to prevent the rise of the Four Riders of the Apocalypse, who will decimate the Earth in the future. Adam needs Billy's help to prevent this, but Billy still needs to regain his powers in order to help Adam and to save the lives of Freddy and Dane.
