Tumac har med sin stam kommit fram till sina förfäders gömda stad i djungeln. Den gamla inkan har dött och genom sitt blod står Tumac i tur att krönas till härskare över Ayacuzco. Tumac måste först gå igenom en rad hårda prov, men den fängslade Sinchi beordrar sina trogna att stoppa Tumac till varje pris.
