Serial #6
In this gripping issue from 2021, Jenni wakes up in a blood-stained room with a dead man and flees, leaving behind a burning scene—only to be watched from a window by Joey. As she begins to piece together her past through a haunting sketch of an avenging angel, Zoe traces her through therapy, uncovering a hidden truth about abuse. When Joey confesses to Carly about feeling free after her uncle’s death, and later thanks Jenni with a drawing, the quiet moments carry the weight of something much darker. Written and illustrated by Terry Moore, with full creative control on both interior and cover, this issue blends intimate storytelling with rising tension, all rendered in Moore’s distinctive, emotionally charged style.
