Section Zero #2

Part 2 of "Some Things Should Stay Buried" delivers on that tagline in vivid, unsettling fashion — the cover, penciled by Tom Grummett and inked by Karl Kesel, fills the entire image with a massive, scaly creature bursting upward through crumbling rock and rubble, its reptilian tail and clawed limbs twisting powerfully toward the viewer. The sheer scale of the thing, surrounded by shattered earth, makes the series' mission statement — "Protecting Mankind from Everything That Doesn't Exist" — feel delightfully ominous.
