Ginny lives her life by a carefully planned daily schedule, but her new neighbour Ned goes “strictly by impulse!” Refusing to fall in love with an “undisciplined man,” Ginny decides to change Ned. He tears up her schedule and proposes to her. Ginny agrees, and when he starts to make wedding plans, it is she who now acts on impulse and takes him to the Justice of the Peace for an immediate ceremony.
