Secret Invasion: Front Line #5
"Chapter Five: Dark Reign" delivers a sharp, grounded look at the aftermath of the Secret Invasion, following Ben as he grapples with personal loss and creative paralysis in the wake of the alien war. With Norman Osborn now at the helm of the superhero world, Ben finds himself among the few who question the new order—turning his struggle into a story he can’t ignore. The issue’s tense, introspective tone is brought to life by Marco Castiello, GG Studio, and Giuliano Monni’s layered art, with Barbara Ciardo and Amerigo Pinelli’s colors adding depth to the emotional weight. The cover by Juan Doe captures the story’s uneasy mood with a striking, minimalist portrait.
