Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? #92
In "Too Many Sleuths," the gang arrives at Sleuth Con International, a bustling convention celebrating detective lore, only to find a mystery unfolding: a vendor’s collection of iconic rubber masks—used by past villains—has vanished, blamed on the Ghost of Edgar Allan Poe. Amid a sea of fans, cosplayers, and curious guests, they cross paths with Old Man Carruthers, the reformed swamp monster who now shares tales of his villainous past on the convention circuit. Written by Ivan Cohen and illustrated by Walter Carzon, with inks by Horacio Ottolini, colors by Silvana Brys, and letters by Saida Temofonte, this 2018 adventure brings a fresh twist to the classic formula, all under a cover by Carzon and Ottolini.

Among the many mystery fans, cosplayers, and vendors at the con, they also meet Old Man Carruthers, a reformed Scooby-Doo villain who once posed as a swamp monster – and who now makes a living speaking on the convention circuit.
