Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? #48

Scooby and Shaggy are having a rough day — the cover finds the duo tumbling into a chaotic pile of sports equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, a football, and tennis balls all airborne) while mysterious glowing impacts and a splatter of green slime suggest something very strange is afoot. Shaggy's panicked "ZOINKS!" says it all, and Scott Neely's expressive linework gives the whole scene a wonderfully manic energy. With a story titled "Tiki Taboo Trouble" inside, this October 2014 issue promises exactly the kind of lighthearted mystery fans of the gang have always loved.
