Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? #43

Scooby and Shaggy are in full-on panic mode on this lively May 2014 cover by Dave Álvarez, scrambling away from a towering, glowing green monster that looms behind them with bared fangs and glowing eyes — Shaggy's "Zoinks!" speech bubble says it all. The eerie yellow-green atmosphere gives the whole scene an otherworldly glow that perfectly captures the show's signature mix of spooky and silly. With writer Sholly Fisch and colorist Wendy Broome rounding out the creative team, issue #43 looks like another fun mystery for the gang.
