The whole Mystery Inc. gang — Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, and Velma — scramble in every direction as red laser blasts rain down around them, courtesy of a towering, horned robotic monster looming ominously overhead. Shaggy's speech bubble says it all: "Zoinks! Laser tag shouldn't be a LITERAL blast!" — a perfectly timed quip that sets up what looks like a very energetic romp. Cover art by Derek Fridolfs brings a lively, animated energy to this 2024 DC entry in the long-running series, with interior story "Dog Tag" written by Sholly Fisch and illustrated by Scott Neely.
