Scooby-Doo #6

The whole Mystery Inc. gang — Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, and Velma — find themselves tangled up in the branches of a massive, snarling tree monster on this delightfully chaotic cover by penciler Scott Jeralds and inker Scott Awley. A second Scooby scrambles at the creature's feet while the beast taunts its victims with the memorable line "Come on, you sap — fight like a tree!" It's a wonderfully silly winter scene that perfectly captures the playful spirit of this 1996 Archie Comics series.
