This September 2017 issue puts Scooby-Doo front and center in a way you've never quite seen him — a grotesque, mutated version of the beloved Great Dane lunges forward, snarling and feral, his tech collar glinting as glowing digital orbs swirl around him against a vivid pink-and-purple wasteland backdrop.
