# School Friend #222, August 14th, 1954 This anthology issue contains three stories: "Secret Enemy of the Pets Club," in which Hazel discovers the newly formed pets club at Suncove School and brings her monkey Jacko to participate, only to find the club headquarters threatened by a mysterious enemy; "Trudy and the Chinese Willow Pattern," where Trudy Franklin travels to China with a silver willow pattern and becomes entangled with the Lotus Flower, an impostor who uses a similar willow pattern to rob the Mandarin Ki-Ming of his treasures; and "Kim and Heather on the Gypsy Trail," in which the young travelers follow a gypsy map while on a caravan holiday, encountering Raymond Carter and discovering cauldron signs that may unlock a hidden treasure's location.
