Two figures lean toward one another in an intimate, near-breathless moment — a shirtless young man and a dark-haired woman framed against a crimson background of cemetery crosses and stone angels, their faces almost touching in a scene that pulses with yearning and danger in equal measure. Bernard Yslaire's cover art, rendered entirely in brooding shades of red, gives the image a fever-dream quality that feels both romantic and deeply unsettling.
