Military mishaps are front and center in this 1954 Harvey gem, as the hapless Sad Sack — mop in hand — sends a tremendous "WHAP" of water splashing directly into his scowling sergeant's face. George Baker's cover captures the series' endearing slapstick charm perfectly, with cartoon stars flying and a bucket tipping nearby while a pair of frantic cavemen scramble in the background for good measure.
