“Mummy's Boy”

In "Mummy's Boy," Sad Sack finds himself tangled in a bizarre mix-up involving ancient relics and a mysterious curse, all while trying to keep his usual brand of clumsy charm intact. This 1992 issue, featuring art and inks by Al Avison and colors by Ken Selig, is part of a nostalgic re-issue campaign promoted on page 34 with a striking Black Cat image, spotlighting titles like The Original Sad Sack #1 and Sad Sack Comics #288, #289. The cover, a collaborative effort by Ken Selig and Fred Rhoads, captures the playful, retro flair of the era.
