Sad Sack Comics #268

Harvey's beloved Army everyman finds himself in pure canine chaos on this cover by Fred Rhoads — Sad Sack is being dragged along by a wild stampede of K-9 Corps dogs, with his pal Mutsy caught up in the mayhem and one very large hound already airborne. It's a wonderfully silly snapshot of military life gone hilariously wrong, and with a story titled "Sky High" waiting inside, things are clearly only going to get more out of hand for our hapless hero.
