Harvey's lovable military misfit is at it again in this 1969 issue, where an Army Track Meet becomes a scene of cheerful chaos — a shot put has clearly gone very wrong, sending a nearby sergeant stumbling backward with a resounding "CRUNCH" while a bewildered athlete, a startled dog, and a handful of wide-eyed onlookers take in the damage.
