Harvey Comics' long-running army humor series rolls into its 19th issue with a cover by George Baker that says it all: poor Sad Sack is on the receiving end of a massive bass drum — labeled "BAND" — wielded by a burly figure who clearly has no idea (or perhaps every idea) that he's flattening our hapless hero with a resounding "WHAM."
