The 10th issue of Harvey's beloved military humor series arrives with a cover by George Baker that says it all: the hapless Sad Sack, clad in his white fatigues and whistling cheerfully while sweeping, has accidentally engulfed a furious, top-hatted officer in a tremendous cloud of dust and debris.
