Abigail, Beast and Death's Head try to stop the Metroliths from attacking humans at Mount Rushmore before they are decimated by Norman Osborn's Avengers. Once the confusion is cleared up (the rock-like Metroliths believed the heads adorning the mount to be decapitated creatures), Abigail and friends head back to The Peak to expose Gyrich for the fraud that he is, little knowing that the war-loving Drenx have captured the space station.
