The adventures of the Patchwork Girl on Earth are interrupted by the essence of the WIcked Witch of the West, who takes over the body of Scraps and seeks out Jasper Fizzle in order to gain control of the magical artifacts from Oz. Back in the Emerald City, Ozma and Glinda read what is happening in the Magic Book and decide to travel to Earth with Frank to help his father against the Witch.
