“Jungle Man”

In "Jungle Man," Waldo’s violent intentions toward Sari are halted when Kathie intervenes with a desperate lie to save his life—though her honesty comes at a cost, as Waldo’s trust in her begins to fracture. With tensions high and loyalty tested in the heart of the jungle, Kathie’s gamble forces Waldo into a surprising promise: to return to England with Sari, who quietly ensures he won’t escape his reckoning. Written by Jim Edgar and illustrated with striking intensity by Guido Buzzelli, this 1959 installment of Roxy delivers a tense, character-driven tale of survival and shifting alliances, all under a cover by Guido Buzzelli.
