After returning from her "educational" tour of Europe, Juliette's behavior has gotten worse. She and her friends land before a judge and he holds the parents responsible for their behavior for three months. A furious Mr. Simpson orders his subordinate to find a tutor and get Juliette out of the country. Jenkins calls upon Hector to be her tutor in America.
