Laura receives a call from Sheila, requesting her immediate help in South Africa on a story she is working on. After a brief trip to the editor's office where Sheila works, Laura finds herself on a plane to Cape Town. Once there, Laura finds Sheila in jail without a passport, telling her of a story that a local sailor reported seeing the Flying Dutchman.
