Annie arrives in Paris and meets Paul. Paul and his friends befriend Annie and help her get a job as a maid. However, she gets in trouble when her new friends persuade her to let them throw a party in the house where she works while her employer is away. When she gets out of jail, she finds a job a long way away from her old friends as a salesgirl. The man in charge of the third floor takes an interest in her, but doesn't know about her past.
