Gina is in love with a taxi driver who tells her they will get married when he buys his own taxi. But Johnny has a roving eye and the beautiful Lorna becomes one of his regular passengers. Lorna steals a valuable necklace and hides it in Johnny's taxi. She arranges one more taxi ride with Johnny to retrieve the necklace after she has been searched by some gangsters she is associated with, but when Johnny shows up he is driving the new taxi he has just bought.
