Sally and Maureen get a new roommate when a new nurse arrives and there is no spare room. Shortly after the arrival of the new nurse, things seem to go wrong for Doctor Mallory. Eventually it is learned that the new nurse is sabotaging Doctor Mallory in revenge her sister's death on the operating table years earlier. But she becomes conflicted as she falls for the man she had vowed vengeance against. When she suffers from a cerebral attack similar to her sister's year ago, only Doctor Mallory's surgical skills can save her.
